Here is their plan: 1) Line up as many customers as possible in a single day like cattle. 2) Be very quick with preparing their returns and be as short as possible with answering their questions. Questions that may help them plan their tax strategies better. 3) If the customer is still not out in 30-minutes or less, start calling into the office every 5 minutes in order to interrupt the proceedings and not let the Preparer and customer engage too deeply. 4) While Bill Pollard Financial may be very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do their sole goal is clear and it's not customer service.By Leo Castillo, January 17, 2017
