- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been a huge Golden 1 fan for years. I am member of Tracy Branch. It is rather unfortunate that you do not employ a staff. I continually am 4-8 people deep in line with 1 teller. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Personally I love golden 1 credit union. My sister got an auto loan from them few years ago and few months ago and I gave them a try. Very easy process and good rates. Customer service was excellent and I received the loan in 2 days. Their tracy branch is very friendly and helpful. Large building and 6 teller windows. Almost always little to no lines. Usually a little wait for a personal banker. There are a lot of parking spots available and there's one atm machine on site. All on all highly recommended. Closing my chase account soon to solely use golden 1 credit union for my everyday purchases and uses.
