- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The purchase of my car was easy and painless. Sarge helped us throughout the process. My issues have come since I purchased the car. The service department could use a lot of training in customer service. From saying I did not have an appointment when I did, to saying that the protection plan that I had was not applicable because they never used it before. The fact that I had to stand their arguing with their service department to get anything done has been crazy. When I have called regarding other issues they have been less than easy to work with.
